摘要
自姚大志教授2011年在《哲学研究》第3期发表《分配正义：从弱势群体的观点看》一文以来，我们之间已就分配正义问题在不同场合进行了两个回合的争论。随着争论的深人展开，一个导致我们之间各种分歧的根本原因开始显露，这就是我们对于何为分配正义从一开始就持有两种截然不同的理解。本文将先对这两种不同理解作出说明，然后对包含在姚大志教授理解中的五个观点提出质疑。在我看来，这五个观点也是我国学界不少人自觉或不自觉地持有的观点，因此，
Distributive justice refers to principles determining whether a distribution is just or not.Based on this understanding,this paper holds that Professor Yao Da-zhi's argument that distributive justice means the just distribution that should be implemented by a government is untenable.It further questions the five propositions implied in his argument,that is,the design of distributive institution should be based on the understanding of justice,a just distribution has to be feasible,the inequality handled by distributive justice is merely inequality in outcome,distributive justice aims to improve the welfare of disadvantaged groups,and a distributive plan is just if it is acceptable to all.
