摘要
以人力资源管理为视角,阐释人力资源管理与大学生自我管理的关系,指出人力资源管理视域下大学生自我管理存在目标管理不明确、时间管理意识淡薄、能力管理欠缺等问题。提出提升大学生自我管理能力的对策,如建立明确的学习目标及目标执行、考核与效果评价机制;养成良好的合理分配时间习惯,划分事务重要性,做好日志,跟踪时间;努力学习专业知识及提高自身综合素质等。
In the perspective of human resources management,this article expounds the relationship of human resources management and self management of college students,points out the problems of college students' self management: lack of goals,time management consciousness,and lack of skill management. Then this article puts forward the methods of improving self management of college students,such as building clear study goals,executable programs,objective assessment and evaluable mechanism; forming a good habit of making a proper allotment of time,dividing the importance of transaction,doing time log,tracking the project's time;studying professional knowledge hard and improving comprehensive self-quality.
