摘要
网络经济的发展使网店经营成为大学生就业的一种选择,但研究较少探讨大学生经营网店的胜任力结构。根据对227名大学生网络店主的调查发现,大学生网店经营胜任力结构包括5个因素:个人影响力、网络营销策略、冒险与成就欲望、创造精神、团队及管理能力。大学生网站经营胜任力结构各因素的内部一致性系数α均大于0.86。大学生网店经营胜任力与网店经营信誉等级有差异,信誉越高,网店经营胜任力得分越高。
Online shopkeepers have been seen as a kind of vocational choice in college students's however, few studies have focused on the capability construction of managing online shops. This study surveys 227 college students who have experience of managing online shops. The result shows that five factors are very important for their capability of managing online shops, personal influence, web marketing strategy, risk taking and achievement desire, creative spirit, and group and organization control. The alphas of the overall scale and five subscales are greater than 0. 86. This study also finds that shopkeepers with higher credit rank have more capability scores of managing online shops.
