腹横肌阻滞临床应用进展 被引量:8

摘要 近年来,外周神经阻滞在麻醉和疼痛治疗领域的广泛应用,神经刺激仪、超声引导定位的应用,使得一些新的神经阻滞术—如腹横肌阻滞术的应用成为可能,优点是操作简便、风险低、应用指征广泛。腹横肌阻滞是腹壁区域阻滞中的新方法,近年来已广泛应用于多种手术麻醉及术后镇痛,由于其操作简单、效果确切、并发症少等特点,迅速被临床推广。现就腹横肌阻滞术的应用进展作以下综述。
