摘要
天然高分子材料海藻酸钠(SA)和壳聚糖(CS)分别与柔性聚乙烯醇(PVA)共混,再以4,4’-二溴二苯并18-C-6和Fe3+为交联剂对PVA-SA阳膜层进行改性,以戊二醛(GA)对PVA-CS阴膜层进行改性,制备了PVA-mSA-Fe3+/mCS双极膜(BPM)。测定了膜的接触角、H+渗透性能、电流-电压工作曲线、阻抗行为和热重曲线。结果表明,采用4,4’-二溴二苯并18-C-6和Fe3+改性后的BPM有较小的工作电压、较低的膜阻抗和较高的热稳定性。
PVA (Polyvinyl alcohol) -sodium alginate (SA) was crosslinked by 4,4'- dibromo two benzo 18- crown -6 and Fe3+ . And PVA-chitosan (CS) was crosslinked by glutaraldehyde (GA). PVA-mSA- Fe3+/mCS bipolar membrane (BPM) was prepared by a paste method. The contact angle, H+ permeability, charge densities, the membrane resistance and swelling degree as well as I-V curves was investigated. Furthermore, the membrane resistance and I-V curves of PVA-mSA-Fe3+/mCS BPM illustrated smaller working voltage and lower membrane resistance. TG analysis of PVA-mSA-Fe3+/mCS BPM exhibited a good thermal stability. Therefore the PVA-mSA-Fe3+/mCS BPM was a kind of membrane with excellent performance.
