摘要
从膜材料改性和中间层改性2个方面对近年来双极膜的改性研究进行了分析,重点讨论了用不同大分子材料改性双极膜中间层的优势和不足。指出国内多数双极膜的制备仍处于实验研究阶段,而国外的双极膜已在市场上大规模应用,国内外差距较大。因此,改进制膜工艺和方法、寻找更加适用于制备双极膜的基膜材料、降低膜电阻和跨膜电压从而降低双极膜电渗析的运行成本、拓展双极膜的应用领域,将是今后国内双极膜制备领域的主要发展方向。
As a laminar functional composition of ion exchange membrane,bipolar membrane( BPM) has been widely used in various fields such as chemical industry,environmental science and resource recovery,which provides new insights into many intractable challenges in these fields.This review analyzes the modification of BPM in recent years from the perspective of membrane material modification and middle layer modification. It also discusses the advantages and disadvantages of using different macromolecular materials,including polyvinyl alcohol,polyethylene glycol and bovine serum albumin,as the middle layer to modify BPM. Therefore,it can be inferred that the preparation of most BPM in China stays still at the experimental stage which will limit the large-scale application,compared with the preparations of BPM from other countries.Besides,China’s main developing directions in preparation of BPM in the future are suggested to focus on improving membrane production process and methods,finding a more suitable matrix membrane material for the preparation of BPM,reducing the membrane resistance and transmembrane voltage thus reducing the operating cost of BPM electrodialysis,and expanding the application field of BPM.
