短碳纤维增强复合材料注塑成型工艺的研究 被引量:12

摘要 以14英寸笔记本电脑外壳(A壳)为例,通过数值模拟、模具设计、注塑成型、表面处理等方法相结合研究开发了聚碳酸酯/丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物(PC/ASA)基短碳纤维增强复合材料的注塑成型工艺。通过对短碳纤维分别为10%和20%的PC/ASA材料笔记本电脑外壳与普通聚碳酸酯/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(PC/ABS)基材的笔记本电脑外壳进行产品厚度尺寸及拉伸强度、弯曲强度等力学性能的比较发现,在同等强度条件下,前者比后者的产品厚度可减少35%以上,质量可减轻30%以上,满足笔记本电脑外壳等3C数码产品"更轻、更薄、更便捷"的实际需求,具有广泛的应用前景。 Research and development of injection molding process for 14-inch notebook computer case were presented with PC + ASA&short carbon fiber reinforced composite material,through numerical simulation,mold design,injection molding,surface treatment and other methods of combining.The notebook computer case which was made of PC + ASA&short carbon fiber reinforced composite material (10%,20%),could reduced the thickness more than 35% and reduced the weight more than 30%,under the same conditions of mechanical properties with the notebook computer case which was made of PC + ABS by the comparisons including the thickness,tensile strength,bending strength and other mechanical properties.It could meet the need of lighter,thinner,more convenient for notebook computer and other 3C digital products,and had a wide range of application.
