摘要
通过分析道路运输类职业人才教育培训的成效,针对性地提出宽进严出学习培养体系、信息化管理系统平台、多样化教育培训项目、教育培训资源包体系、档案信息化管理等道路运输类职业人才教育培训的5A模式。
By analyzing the effectiveness of the education and training of the professionals of road transportation occupations,this paper is aimed at proposing the 5A education and training mode of the professionals of the road transportationoccupation, which includes easy admission and strict graduation training system, information managementsystem platform, diverse education and training programs, resource package system of the education and training, archivalinformation management and so on.
