摘要
目的：了解我院口服中成药的使用情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法以限定日剂量（DDD）法，统计我院药房2011～2012年口服中成药用药频度（DDDS）、日用药金额（DDC）、功效分类综合分析口服中成药的使用情况。结果DDDS排序前15位的口服中成药中，安神剂占7种，其中舒肝解郁胶囊、健脑安神片、牛黄宁宫片DDDS连续两年均排在前3位，DDC在9元以下。结论我院口服中成药的使用基本合理，安神剂占主导地位，反映了精神专科医院口服中成药的用药特点。
Objective To provide fundamental basis for rational use of medicines in clinic,we investigated the application of oral Chinese patent medicine at our hospital. Methods The utilization status of oral Chinese patent medicine in our hospital were analyzed statistically based on DDD methods,DDDS,DDC and the drugs function. Results 15 Chinese patent medicine DDDS before sorting sedative agents accounted for7.The highest DDDS is Shugan Jieyu Jiaonang,followed by Jiannao Anshen Pian and Niuhuang Ninggong Pian.DDC is in 9 yuan of the following. Conclusion The use of oral Chinese patent medicine in our hospital is basically reasonable. Sedative and tranquilizing prescriptions occupy a predominant place in oral Chinese patent medicine in the patients of our hospital.
