摘要
在内质网应激及其诱导的细胞凋亡中,中医中药已经作为新的研究热点进入人们的视野。目前的研究也表明在细胞和动物模型中,无论是中药单体、中成药、复方或中医针灸,都能有效影响相关信号因子的表达。该文主要介绍当前基于内质网应激(ERS)的中医中药研究。
In the research of endoplasmic reticulum stress and apoptosis,TCM has become a new hotpot. The current study ＇also shows that whether traditional Chinese medicine monomer, Chinese patent drug, prescriptions or acupuncture can effectively influence the expression of the relevant signal factors in both cell and animal models. Researches of traditional Chinese medicine and ERS are reviewed in this article.
