摘要
冰雪灾害对电力系统的破坏性较大,发生频次较高,电力系统在冰雪灾害下的安全风险评估研究已显得十分迫切.通过总结大量的现有文献资料,介绍了前人一般性的电力系统安全风险评估的方法,再由冰雪灾害下的电力系统安全风险评估模型入手,从元件级到系统级,对冰雪灾害下电力系统遭受损毁的安全风险评估建模及其方法进行了概述与总结,发现针对元件级别的冰雪灾害下的元件受损及其静态稳定问题已探讨较多,但针对系统级别的冰雪灾害下的电力系统整体安全风险评估研究尚较为稀少,并对冰雪灾害安全风险评估的应用前景进行了展望.
The ice storm is a kind of frequent disasters which can cause severe damage on power systems. Therefore, studies on this field are urgent in the power system field. This paper makes an overview on the risk assessment modeling of power system under ice disasters. By reviewing existing research results, the general method of power system reliability evaluation has been described firstly. Meanwhile, the specific situation under ice storm has been discussed through the element-level to the system-level. After surveyed numerous existing references, a general conclusion could be drawn as follows: although the element-level power system risk assessment under ice disaster has been researched thoroughly, the system level modeling has been studied less. Finally, the future application prospects of this topic are expected.
