摘要
借用Kaiser模型,根据医院实际情况,成立灾害脆弱性评估专家组,制定灾害脆弱性评估评分表,对医院灾害脆弱性进行分析,旨在提高医院的应急管理能力。同时指出,Kaiser模型不能作为应急预案替代品,风险评估专家组成员不能仅限于医院内部,模型应用过程中应实现更大程度的标准化。
Based on the Kaiser model and the actual situation of the hospital, the experts group on disaster vulnerability assessment was established, the disaster vulnerability assessment scale was developed, which aimed to analyze the hospital disaster vulnerability and to improve the hospital＇s emergency management capabihties. The study showed theta the Kaiser model cannot be used as substitute of the emergency plan, risk assessment panelists cannot be limited within the hospital, and model application process should achieve a greater degree of standardization.
