摘要
目的对专科医院新型冠状病毒肺炎防控工作进行灾害脆弱性分析,制订专科医院新型冠状病毒肺炎防控策略。方法从患者住院全周期中分析出14项风险事件,应用Kaiser模型,对事件进行调查评定,再应用系统图进行根本原因分析,制订精准、有效的防控策略。结果高于50%的风险事件包括人群聚集(62.73%),转运疑似或确诊患者时病毒传播(53.17%),医护人员被感染(51.62%);发热患者均得到及时、有效处置,未发生1例新型冠状病毒肺炎传播事件。结论基于灾害脆弱性分析的专科医院新型冠状病毒肺炎防控策略具有良好的应用效果,可有效识别和评估医院防控存在的风险,进而优化防控策略,保障患者安全。
Objective Hazard Vulnerability Analysis of prevention and control of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in specialized hospitals,and development of strategies for prevention and control of COVID-19 in specialized hospitals.Methods Fourteen risk events were analyzed during the entire hospitalization period of patients.The Kaiser model was used to investigate and evaluate the events,and the system diagram was used for root cause analysis to develop accurate and effective prevention and control strategies.Results Higher than 50%of risk events included crowd gathering(62.73%),virus transmission when transferring suspected or confirmed patients(53.17%),and medical staff infected(51.62%);fever patients were promptly and effectively treated,and no case occurred COVID-19 Transmission Event.Conclusion The COVID-19 prevention and control strategy in specialized hospitals based on Hazard Vulnerability Analysis has a good application effect.It can effectively identify and evaluate the risks of hospital prevention and control,and then optimize the prevention and control strategies to ensure patient safety.
