摘要
非直属附属医院是高等医学院校的重要组成部分,是行使医疗服务、科学研究、人才培养等多重职能的重要场所。本文就昆明医科大学第五附属医院作为非直属附属医院在临床教育教学职能方面的不足及可能采取的措施进行了探讨。
The non-directly affiliated hospital,as an important of a medical university,plays the functions of medical service,scientific research and clinical teaching.The authors analyzed the existing problems of educationl and teaching functions in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University,and advanced some proposals to intensify the educationl and teaching functions of the nondirectly affiliated hospital.
