摘要
根据教育部新专业目录调整,旅游管理由原来隶属于工商管理的二级学科上升为一级学科。在这种背景下,研究旅游管理专业课程体系和教学内容优化有利于培养高素质、创新型的旅游管理专业人才。文章在分析目前高校旅游管理本科教育存在问题的基础上,对广州高校目前课程体系设置现状进行评价,最后提出旅游管理本科专业课程体系设置和教学内容优化的具体建议。
According to the new speciality list by the Ministry of Education,tourism management that belonged to two subjects of business management before 2012 changes one subjects. It is helpful to study curriculum system and content optimization of touriam management in this situation for cultivating high- quality,creative and professional talents of tourism management. The paper includes three parts： firstly,it analysised main problem of undergraduate majors of tourism management in our country; secondly,with taking some universities in Guangzhou as an example,the paper evaluated present situation of curriculum system of tourism management; At last,the paper put forward some suggestions on curriculum system and content.
