摘要
课程体系研究是旅游高等教育研究的核心内容,本文将课程体系研究分为宏观和微观两个层面,在对相关研究文献作内容分析的基础上,构建了旅游管理本科专业课程体系宏观研究的框架.本框架反映了影响课程体系的几个主要因素:宏观教育思想、课程价值取向、学科结构、专业性质、专业培养目标、师资专业结构、旅游教育发展的国际国内环境.该框架有助于全面认识课程体系研究的宏观层面,同时也期待研究者们对框架中列出的具体方面做更加深入的研究.
Curriculum system research is in the core position in tourism higher education. This paper divides curriculum system research into macroscopic and microscopic aspects, and based on the content analysis to relative papers constructs the macroscopic curriculum system research framework of Tourism Management. This framework shows the main factors which influence the curriculum system: macroscopic education idea; curriculum value orientation; subject structure; major training objection; teacher's professional structure; the environment. This framework will be beneficial to understand the macroscopic aspect of curriculum system research, at the same time, expects researchers make research much deeply to the factors in the framework.
