摘要
从应对气候变化、木材安全、生态安全与公益林、民生福祉与商品林、深化改革与林下经济、目标实现与规划完成、科学经营和森林健康、区域平衡与协调发展、国际视野及贸易投资等角度对第八次全国森林资源清查结果进行解读,尽管从国际标准和发展潜力等方面看,还存在着一定差距,但总体而言,我国森林资源数量增长明显,质量也在不断提升,较好地完成了预期目标,发展势头良好。
From the perspective to climate change, timber security, ecological security and public welfare forest, wellbeing and commercial forest, system reform and underforest economy, goal and planning, scientific manage ment and forest health, regional balance and coordinated development, international outlook and trade investment. This article tries to interpret the actual status and changes, implication and significance under the data of the 8th Na tional Foregt Inventory. Although there are still some gaps compared to international standards and development po tential, China＇ s forest resources increased significantly from both of number and quality, and better achieve desired goals, showing a good momentum for future.
