摘要
目的从循证医学的角度综合分析穴位敷贴治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）缓解期的疗效。方法查阅近10年（2003年6月～2013年5月）有关穴位敷贴治疗COPD缓解期的随机对照临床研究文献,采用Meta分析系统评估方法评价疗效。结果查阅到符合要求的文献共23篇,其中穴位敷贴组1165例,对照组1091例。和一般治疗相比较,穴位敷贴治疗COPD缓解期患者能有效改善患者肺功能,提高临床有效率,减少急性发作次数。结论穴位敷贴是治疗COPD缓解期的有效疗法。
Objective to paste in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease comprehensive analysis from the angle of evidence-based medicine acupoint（ COPD） phase of the effect of ease. Methods in recent 10 years（ 2003 June ～ 2013 year in May） of Acupoint Application in the treatment of stable COPD document randomized controlled clinical study period,using the Meta analysis system to assess the curative effect evaluation method. The Results refer to meet the requirements of the 23 papers,the acupoint application group 1165 cases,control group 1091 cases. And general treatment comparison,acupoint application in the treatment of pulmonary function in patients with COPD can effectively improve the remission patients,improve clinical efficiency,reduce the number of acute attack. Conclusion acupoint application therapy is effective for relieving therapy period COPD.
