摘要
进入21世纪以来,我国的成人学历教育发生了前所未有变化,学员规模不断扩大,社会各界对成人学历教育的关注度也越来越高,尤其是成人学历教育教学质量成为了全社会普遍关注的焦点。本文就影响成人学历教育教学质量存在的问题,从社会、学员和办学单位三个方面分析影响成人学历教育教学质量的因素,就如何提高成人学历教育教学质量,从提高教学质量意识、加强教师队伍建设、增加设施设备投入、落实教学过程、强化服务等五个方面提出了建议,以期望推动成人学历教育教学各项改革,提高成人学历教育教学质量。
Since the 21st Century, adult education in our country has undergone unprecedentedly changes： The scale of learners＇ enrollment expands unceasingly; more and more concern from all walks of life has shown to adult education; and especially the teaching quality of adult education has become the focus of attention of the whole society. This paper tackles adult education problems affecting the teaching quality, and analyzes the factors which influence the teaching quality of adult education from three aspects of society, students and school units. It also provides solutions to improve the teaching quality of adult education, puts forward the suggestion from five aspects to improve teaching quality consciousness, to strengthen the building of teachers＇ team, to increase equipment investment, to implement the teaching process, to enhance services, and to promote the teaching reform of adult education in order to improve the teaching quality of adult education.
