摘要 知识获取作为知识管理的基础活动,其效能直接影响知识链乃至知识管理的整体绩效;有效测度知识获取绩效有助于后续知识获取绩效的进一步改进与提升。文章分析、设计了知识获取绩效测度指标体系,采用变异系数法计算指标权重,利用模糊综合评价完成对知识获取综合绩效的整合计算,并通过算例演示了前述成果的适宜性与可操作性。研究成果有助于组织把握、改进与提升其知识获取绩效,进而为组织知识管理的有效实施奠定坚实基础。 As the basic activity of the knowledge management (KM ), the overall performance of knowledge chain and even KM is directly impacted by the efficacy of knowledge acquisition. It's very useful to further improve the performance of knowledge acquisition that its performance is effectively measured. So, in this paper, the index system of performance measurement for knowledge acquisition is established, firstly. And then, the index weights are calculated and configured via variation coefficient method. Simultaneously, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm and program is established to measure the integrated performance of knowledge acquisition. Finally, an example is given to test the suitability and operability of the aforementioned achievements. The organizational knowledge acquisition performance can be upgraded and improved by the results of this research which lay a solid foundation for organizations to profit from KM projects.
