摘要
文章通过评估用户协同构建的知识社区分类体系质量,为用户生成内容的信息组织提供参考。以知乎话题分类为评价对象,从类目体系、类目、类目与资源的关系三个维度对其分类体系质量进行评价。研究发现,以知乎为代表的用户协同构建的知识社区分类体系具有明显的网络信息组织特征,类目具有动态性和灵活性;类目命名以自然语言为主,以主题为中心;类列排序逻辑性不强,存在多重列类、交叉列类现象;同时由于缺乏对社区用户参与分类活动的有效规范控制机制,导致类目偏多、层级较深、子类目分布不均衡等问题。建议从参与者、协同机制、构建平台、协同过程四个角度对用户协同构建的知识社区分类体系进行提升。
This paper built a quality evaluation index system for topic categories in knowledge communities that would contribute to the study of organizing user generated knowledge resources.It selected Zhihu(a Chinese Q&A website)as the research object and evaluated three topic categories there.Topic categories in collaborative knowledge building communities as represented by Zhihu have obvious characteristics of network information organization.They are dynamic and flexible,labelled in natural language,and classified by themes.However,the order of some topic categories is not logically connected while some categories are grouped by different standards with duplicate ones exist.Meanwhile,due to the lack of effective control mechanism for users to participateinclassification,problemssuchastoomanycategories,excessivehierarchylevels,unevendistribution of subcategories,etc.,are found.Finally,this paper proposed suggestions for enhancing topic categories in collaborative knowledge communities from four aspects,i.e.,participants,collaborative mechanism,platform andcollaborativeprocess.
