摘要
针对自动变速箱离合器轮毂折弯过程中出现折皱、断裂和边缘不均匀等缺陷,采用体积相等原则对坯料尺寸进行计算,并利用Deform软件的应力分析计算出合适的折弯角.试验结果表明:通过体积相等原则计算出坯料尺寸,以及采用Deform软件仿真出折弯角,可以有效地消除折弯成形过程中出现的折皱、断裂和边缘不均匀等缺陷.
In order to solve the defects of wrinkles ,fracture and uneven edge in the bending and dressing process for clutch hub of automatic transmission, the calculation of the blank size was conducted based on the principle of equal volume and an appropriate bending angle was simulated through the stress analysis of Deform software. The experimental result shows that the defects can be eliminated effectively by the proposed method.
