摘要
随着城镇化进程加快,城市生活垃圾分类日渐成为亟待解决的问题。该文概述了国外垃圾分类法律治理经验,简要分析了我国垃圾分类法律体系不足,并在重点剖析广州市垃圾分类法律治理经验的基础上,从法治角度就推进垃圾分类工作提出建议。
Along with the process of urbanization, domestic garbage classification is urgent. This paper summarizes abroad experience of garbage classification through legal channels, briefly analyzes the deficiency of china’s legal system concerned garbage classification.Then based on Guangzhou experiences propose corresponding countermeasures for garbage classification from aspect of law.
