摘要
钟罩式风帽在大型循环流化床(CFB)锅炉中普遍采用,随着锅炉运行时间的增加其漏渣和磨损问题日益突出,影响锅炉的安全性和稳定性。对其成因进行分析研究,发现芯管顶部与风帽外罩间隙是产生钟罩式风帽漏渣及磨损的重要原因,通过数值模拟分析了不同间隙下的风帽阻力特性。结果表明,芯管顶部与风帽外罩之间存在1mm间隙时风帽阻力下降9.1%,存在3mm间隙时风帽阻力下降21.8%,存在5mm间隙时风帽阻力下降30.8%,间隙的存在严重破坏了钟罩式风帽的阻力特性。此外,钟罩式风帽外罩出口小孔设置方式对漏渣和磨损也有不良影响,风帽外罩小孔可以考虑向下倾斜开设。
The belltype air nozzle is commonly used in large scale circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boilers. However,ash leakage and abrasion occurs on a great number of the belltype air nozzles during practical operation,and turns worse with the boiler service time,which finally affects safe ty and stability of the boiler. Analysis for this problem shows the gap between core tube top and the air nozzle clothing is the major reason. The resistance performance of the air nozzle with dif ferent gaps was numerically investigated. The results show that, the resistance of the air nozzle dropped by 9.1% ,21.8% and 30.8% when the gap was 1 mm,3 mm and 5 mm,respectively,indi cating the gap has seriously damaged the resistance of the air nozzle. Besides,the setting mode of the hole at outlet of the belltype air nozzle also had a bad effect on ash leakage and abrasion. It suggested the hole can be downward declined.
