摘要
为探讨某热电厂循环流化床锅炉汽包内旋风汽水分离器结构对其分离效率的影响,通过应用Ansys-Fluent模拟软件分析其内部流体流速、压力状况及汽水分离状况,提出并确定新型汽水分离器的改造方案,对比分析两种结构的旋风汽水分离器的压降及分离效率。模拟结果表明:改造后的旋风汽水分离器较改造前压降有所降低、分离效率有所增强。
In order to explore the effect of cyclone steam-water separator structure on the separation efficiency of a thermal power plant's circulating fluidized bed boiler,its internal fluid flow rate,pressure condition and steam separation condition is analyzed by applying ANSYS-Fluent simulation software,and proposes and determines the transformation scheme of the new steam-water separator.The pressure drop and separation efficiency of two structural cyclone steam-water separators were compared with two structures.The simulation results show that the cyclone steam-water separator after transformation reduce and separation efficiency is improved compared with pre-reform pressure drop.
