Application of membrane separation technique in water treatment

摘要 对水处理膜分离技术的发展历史和应用现状做了介绍,总结了国内外纳滤和反渗透技术在海水苦咸水淡化、废水处理等水处理领域的应用,指出了膜污染、浓差极化现象及成本较高等膜技术应用中普遍存在的问题。由于纳滤膜具有选择透过性,对纳滤技术应用于盐湖卤水资源开发中镁锂分离过程的可行性做了探讨,并从膜原件和配套工艺两方面对相关技术的应用做了展望。 Development history and present application situation of membrane separation technique were introduced.Appli- cations of nanofihration and reverse osmosis in water treatment fields, such as the desalination of sea water and brackish wa- ter and wastewater treatment, at home and abroad were summarized.And also the relevant problems, such as membrane foul- ing,concentration polarization, and higher cost, were pointed out.According to the selective permeability of nanofihration membrane, the application feasibility of membrane separation technique to Mg/Li separation of salt lake brine was discussed and the relevant techniques about membrane element and supporting chemical technology were prospected.
