高强度钢锌、镉镀层加速腐蚀试验方法研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用加速盐雾、正交设计浸渍和合成海水浸渍 3种加速腐蚀试验方法 ,考察了高强度钢锌、镉镀层实验室加速腐蚀与厦门外场大气腐蚀的相关性 ,由加速盐雾试验得到了适合于锌镀层的相关系数为 0 .995 2 (显著相关 )的线性回归方程 .结果表明 ,加速盐雾试验对于锌、镉镀层的腐蚀均有明显的加速作用 ,正交设计浸渍试验中不含S2 -的溶液对镉镀层的腐蚀有明显的加速作用 ,合成海水浸渍试验对镉镀层的腐蚀有明显的加速作用 . Using three accelerated corrosion tests in the lab, the relativity of accelerated corrosion in the lab and Xiamen marine atmosphere corrosion was studied to the zinc and cadmium plating coatings on the high-strength steel. The three methods selected are the accelerated salt spray test, orthogonal dipping test and resultant seawater dipping test. A linear regression equation is obtained with a correlative coefficient equal to 0.9952 (remarkably correlative) for the zinc plating. The results show that, the accelerating effect is remarkable for the zinc and cadmium plating coatings in the accelerated salt spray test as well as for the cadmium plating in the orthogonal dipping test of the solution without S2-. And the accelerating action of the resultant seawater dipping test is effective to the cadmium plating.
