摘要
某冶金球团工程EPC总承包项目现场费用控制工作中,由于业主对总承包管理的认知、设计修改、现场签证等对费用控制工作均产生较大影响,现场工作人员应通过加强沟通、熟悉合同、控制签证等,使业主方与总承包方各负其责,协同管理,实现共赢。
During the site cost control work of a metallurgical pelletizing EPC project, since the owner＇ s cognition for general contracting management, design modi- fication and site visa etc. will produce great influence on the cost control work, the site working personnel shall make the owner and general contractor carry on their respec- tive responsibility and conduct management collaboratively to realize the win-win situ- ation by strengthening communication, familiarizing contract and controlling visa etc.
