摘要
结合国内化工建设市场EPC总承包项目特点,总结总承包项目的费用控制工作实践经验,提出作为EPC总承包主体的总承包商,在设计、采购、施工、管理等方面如何更好地进行费用控制,获取利润的建议。
Based on the current situation and the characteristics of the EPC in domestic chemical construction market, to summarize experience through working practice of cost control the main body of EPC, to put forward some suggestions on better cost control and get profit in design, procurement, construction, management etc.
