摘要
为了实现葵花籽加工过程中虫蚀葵花籽的自动化识别与分选,设计一种基于机器视觉的虫蚀葵花籽识别分选系统。针对葵花籽虫蚀特征中的特征面虫蚀和边缘虫蚀两种类型,分别应用孔洞的"吸光效应"和边缘轮廓的多边形拟合算法对两类特征进行分析和提取,并以此为根据实现虫蚀葵花籽的正确识别。详细介绍虫蚀葵花籽视觉识别分选系统的组成、识别原理和实现步骤。
To realize the automatic identification and sorting of worm- hole sunflower seeds during processing, designed an identifying and sorting system of wormhole sunflower seeds based on machine vi- sion. For the wormhole feature in the face and the wormhole feature at the edge, used the "light absorbing effect" of a hole and polygonal approximation algorithm to realize the analysis and extraction of the two kinds of wormhole features, and identified the wormhole sun- flower seeds correctly. Finally, introduced constitutes, principle of i- dentification and steps of the system.
