摘要
机器视觉技术在食品、农产品的检测、分级中具有广阔的应用前景。为此,综述了机器视觉技术在稻米品种、胚芽、爆腰、黄粒米等方面进行检测的研究动态,并指出了机器视觉技术在稻米品质检测中存在的不足,为进一步应用机器视觉技术提供参考。
Machine vision technology has a broad application prospects in the inspection and classification of the food and agricultural products.This paper reviews the research dynamic of the machine vision technology in the inspection of the rice varieties,germ,crack,yellow grain rice,and so on,and the shortcomings of the machine vision technology in the rice quality inspection,for the further application reference of machine vision technology.
