摘要
文章介绍了徐升阳名老中医药专家对于治疗黄体功能缺陷型反复性早期自然流产的临证经验及遣方用药特点。徐升阳先生认为黄体功能缺陷型反复性早期自然流产的中医辨证乃肾虚肝郁,治疗上提出以受孕前后为界,分阶段辨证施治。重视孕前调理,以补肾、疏肝、健脾为大法,调经以种子,待孕后则积极安胎。
The paper introduces Professor XU Shengyangg clinic experience and characteristic of therapy in the treatment to early recurrent spontaneous abortion （ERSA） of LPD. As far as professor XUg concerned, it is insufficiency of kidney and stagna- tion of liver Qi that contributes to the ERSA of LPD. His therapy focuses on the diagnosis and treatment based on the overall anal- ysis of signs and symptoms by step which is determined according to the time before and after the pregnancy. Whatg more, he also attaches importance to the care before pregnancy and puts forward the guiding principles treatment that tonifying the kidneys, spreading live Qi as well as strengthening spleen so as to regulate menstruation for pregnancy promotion. Paying more attention to stabilizing pregnancy and calming the fetus during the gestation also come to the top.
