摘要
为了减少煤矿井下带式输送系统的故障停机,提高设备巡检质量,需要对井下带式输送系统进行拆分巡检。根据带式输送机不同部位的巡检周期自动生成巡检计划通知单,通过对带式输送系统实时历史过程数据库的采集,形成智能巡检计划建议,提出了优化巡检的方案。该系统通过在皖北煤电公司祁东煤矿的实际应用,在技术上确保了集控系统的稳定运行,减少了设备故障停机率,取得了良好的效果。
In order to reduce the faults that lead to belt conveyor system' s shut down and improve the equipment inspection quality, inspects every part of belt conveyor. The inspection plan is generated automatically by every inspection period of belt conveyor. Collects the history data base of belt conveyor system, the inspection plan suggestions are formed intelligent, and gives out the optimal inspection proposal. Through the application at Qidong Mine of Wanbei Mining & Electricity Company, the system ensures stable operation, and reduces the ratio of equipment's shut down.
