摘要
输送带打滑直接影响电力安全生产。为解决输送带打滑故障,对输送带的受力进行分析,发现输送带与驱动滚筒的摩擦系数和包角过低都会导致输送带打滑。通过改变增面滚筒的位置来增大驱动滚筒的包角,有效地解决了输送带打滑的故障。
The slipping of conveyor belt directly affects the safety of electric power production.In order to solve the slipping fault of conveyor belt,the force of conveyor belt is analyzed,and it is found that the low friction coefficient and wrap angle between conveyor belt and driving pulley will lead to the slipping of conveyor belt.By changing the position of the snub pulley to increase the angle of the driving drum,the slipping fault of the conveyor belt is effectively solved.
