摘要
在各种测量系统中,根据测量的预估值,选择不同的量程,测量的误差是不同的。设计了一种量程可调的气压测试系统,系统量程可根据测量预估值简单地进行调节,使得误差减到最小,测量精度得到提高。系统量程调节调理电路,采用了差分输入、同相放大、加法电路,其输出为0—5V或4~20mA标准信号,通过对信号调理电路中电位器阻值的调整,使得电压信号输出的输入范围为0~83.3mV,电流信号输出的输入范围为0—117.1mV。系统量程可以在此输入范围内任意改变大小,实验验证,根据测试的预估值,改变量程上限值,提高了气压测试系统的测量精度。
In a various of measuring system, according to the survey estimates to choose the different range, the measurement error is different. A range adjustable pressure test system is designed, which range can be adjus- ted simply based on the estimated value of the measurement, such that the error is minimized and the measure- ment accuracy is improved. Range adjustment conditioning circuit of system, with the differential input, in- phase amplifier, adder circuit, can output standard signal from 0 to 5 V or 4 to 20 mA, through adjusting poten- tiometer value of the signal conditioning circuit, making the input range of the output voltage signal is from 0 to 83.3 mV, the input range of the output current signal is from 0 to 117.1 mV. System range can be resized with- in this input range. Verified by experiment, according to the estimated value of the test to change the upper lim- it value of the range, the measurement accuracy of pressure test system is improved.
