摘要
传统模拟传输压力变送器只能单向传输、信道一对一,已逐渐不能满足现场设备与控制系统间信息交换的需求。针对该问题,为将传统模拟传输压力变送器数字化改造,论文基于数字化手段,采用CAN总线方式,设计并实现了一种可嵌入式安装于压力变送器内部的、小体积的、高精度的、数字式的压力测量模块,在此基础上完成了全系统功能试验。经试验验证,该压力测量模块实现了与压力变送器接口的良好匹配,在整个测量范围具备很高的模拟信号采集精度,可用于传统压力变送器改造,可有效提升现场设备与控制系统信息交换的效率与可靠度。
Tradition analog pressure transmitter is characterized by its unidirectional transmission link and one-on-one channel,which is no longer sufficient for information exchange between field devices and control systems.To solve this problem,in order to digitize the traditional analog transmission pressure transmitter,this paper designs and implements a small volume,high precision,digital pressure measurement module which can be embedded in the pressure transmitter by CAN bus based on digitizing means,and completes the system test.The test results show that the pressure measurement module matches well with the interface of the pressure transmitter,and has high accuracy in collecting full range analog signals.It can be used for the renovation of traditional pressure transmitters,and can effectively improve the efficiency and reliability of information exchange between field equipment and control system.
