摘要
本文以温州人才资源为主要研究对象,对部门、行业和企业进行了全面的调查分析,在比较和分析了温州与周边其他城市人才发展宏观、中观、微观环境基础上,发掘温州人才环境存在的问题,剖析人才资源在资金、技术等要素禀赋稀缺条件下的形成机理及其演进路径,并提出改善人才发展环境以促进人才发展的政策建议。
Based on the investigation and analysis, the essay compares Wenzhou talent resource development environment with surrounding cities in terms of the macro, meso and micro, finds out the problems talent environment and the formation mechanism and evoluation path of talent resource in the scarcity conditions of capital, technology and other elements, then finally provides the countermeasure for talent resource development by improving talent resource environment.
