乳制品中霉菌毒素的检测技术研究现状 被引量:2

摘要 乳制品中的霉菌毒素与人类健康及产品安全密切相关,因此对乳制品中霉菌毒素的检测尤为重要。对目前常用的检测技术化学分析法、免疫分析法和仪器分析法进行了综述,并简述了它们的特点及应用情况,为建立乳制品中霉菌毒素新的检测技术提供参考。 Mycotoxins in dairy product are closely related with human’s health and the safety of product, so the detection of mycotoxins in dairy product is particularly important. The commonly used detection technologies of chemical analysis, immunoassay analysis and instrument analysis were reviewed in this paper. Their characteristics and applications were summarized to provide a reference for establishing new detection technology of mycotoxins in dairy product.
