摘要
目的观察氟尿嘧啶注射液皮损内注射和皮损外用治疗多发性跖疣的临床疗效。方法将62例患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组30例,治疗组将2.5%氟尿嘧啶注射液与2%利多卡因(1∶1)的混合液注入疣体,每周1次,连用2次;对照组将2.5%氟尿嘧啶注射液外涂皮损处,每天3次,连用30d。观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗组痊愈率为46.8%高于对照组的20.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为87.5%,对照组为79.7%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氟尿嘧啶治疗多发性跖疣痊愈率高、疗效好、恢复快、痛苦小。
Objective To observe the efficacy of fluorouracil intralesional injection and skin external use on multiple plantar wart. Methods 62 cases of patients with plantar wart were randomly divided into therapy group （32 cases） and con- trol group （30 cases）. The therapy group was injected 2.5% fluorouracil combined with 2% lidocaine （ 1：1 ） , once a week for 2 times. The control group was smeared the 2.5% fluorouracil to the lesion 3 times a day for 30 days. The effective rate of 2 groups were observed. Results The cure rates of therapy group and control group were 46.8% and 20.0%, there was a signif- icant difference between 2 groups （P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate in therapy group was 8＂7.5% ,comPared with 79.7% in control group, there was no significant difference between 2 groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The fluorouracil is effective, with reliable curative effect, quicker recovery and less pain in the treatment of multiple plantar wart.
