摘要
通过对2007-2013年农村火灾数据的统计,分析一个阶段农村火灾事故在发生时间、场所、原因、监管、伤亡等方面的趋势性特征,掌握农村消防安全现状及火灾事故防控的难点,力图从村寨消防规划编制、基本消防设施建设、部门监管职能发挥、消防管理机制构建和居民安全素质提高等方面提出夯实农村火灾预防基础的措施。
Through analysis on fire disaster data from 2007 to 2013 in rural areas,this paper explores the trend variation of the occurrence time,place,cause,regulation and casualties to be followed in case of fire,analyzes the current situation of fire safety,provids enlightenment about the difficulty of fire disater prevention.From aspects,such as drawing up village fire plans,strengthening the construction of fire service infrastructure,performing the regulation,establishing the fire management mechanismand improving the awareness of villagers,this psper finds out ways of shoring up the foundation for prevention measures in rural areas.
