摘要
介绍了国内首例660 MW超临界直接空冷机组给水泵由液力耦合器调速改造为变频调速的情况,对比了液力耦合器调速方式和变频调速方式下给水泵系统的设备配置方案。通过比较2种调速方式下给水系统参数随负荷的变化情况,分析了变频改造的节能效果,计算结果表明,改造后给水泵的节电率约为35.51%,每年可节省电费约1495.7万元。认为大型直接空冷机组给水泵组由液力耦合器调速改为变频调速的节能效果明显,值得推广应用。
Introduced the domestic first transformation application example of frequency conversion feed water pump sets in 660 MW supercritical direct air cooling unit. By comparing the parameter of feed water pump changing with load between fluid coupling speed regulation and frequency conversion, summary and analyze energy-saving effect and economical efficiency of frequency conversion transformation. The result showed that, fluid coupling speed regulation changing frequency control of motor speed on large direct air cooling unit feed water pump set, energy-saving effect was very obvious, possess the economic conditions of transformation investment and deserved to be applied widely.
