摘要
                
                    介绍了液力耦合器调速和变频器调速的工作原理,并对二者调速效率、功率因数、启动性能、运行可靠性及维护、调节及控制特性等方面作了详细分析比较;以带式输送机为例,比较液力耦合器和变频器调速年耗电量及前期投资,结果表明采用变频器调速节能效果比液力耦合器好,投资回收快。
                
                The velocity modulating principle of hydraulic coupler and converter was presented. Modulating efficiency, power factor, starting ability, safety in operation and maintenance, operation character were analyzed. As an example of belt conveyor, the power consumption per year and initial investment of hydraulic coupler and converter are compared. The results show that the converter could save more energy than hydraulic coupler and pay back quickly.
