摘要
从公共空间的理论定义出发,对美国纽约和香港的"私人物业公共空间"(POSPD)的形成和管理机制进行回顾,同时介绍东莞地块包装在开发地块内留让公共空间的探索和尝试,倡导对城市公共空间实施严格精密的规划控制,加强空间建后监管。
Based on the theoretical definitions and practical use of public space, this paper reviews the history and mechanism of the Public Open Space in Private Development （POSPD） in New York City and Hong Kong. It also introduces the exploration of POSPD by Package Planning in Dongguan and suggests a more elaborate measure of planning control and better management of public space.
