摘要 目的探讨OCUS超声刀在开放性甲状腺手术中的应用效果。方法以我院2011年1月至2013年1月间,收治的80例行甲状腺开放性手术治疗患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组使用FOCUS超声刀,对照组使用传统电刀,比较两组患者手术情况、术后情况和并发症发生率之间的差异。结果在手术情况的比较中,观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量和切口长度小于对照组。在术后情况的比较中,观察组患者疼痛情况、术后引流量和术后住院时间少于对照组。观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组,其差异有统计学意义。结论使用FOCUS超声刀进行开放性甲状腺手术可以有效提高患者手术效果和术后康复情况,降低并发症发生率。 Objective To investigate the application efficacy of FOCUS ultrasound scalpel in open thyroidectomy. Methods 80 patients received open thyroidectomy in our department during Jan 2011 and Jan 2013, were randomly divided into observe group and control group. Patients in observe group were treated with FOCUS ultrasound scalpel while the patients control group were treated with tradition electrotome. The operation situation, postoperative situation and the incidence of complications of the two groups were compared. Results In the comparison of intra - operative situation, the operation time, amount of bleeding and the length of incision of observe group were less than those of control group. In the comparison of postoperative situation, the pain was slight in observe group, the drainage volume and the length of stay of observe group were less than control. The incidence rate of complications in the observe group was significantly lower than the control. Conclusions The application of FOCUS ultrasound scalpel could effectively improve intra - and postoperative situation, and reduce the incidence of complications.
