摘要
文章基于跨国公司知识一资本模型并结合2003。2011午71个经济体的面板数据实证分析了自由贸易协定（FTA）、双边投资协定（BIA）对我国企业对外直接投资（OFDI）的影响。研究结果显示，FTA对OFDI具有负向抑靠4作用；针对不同经济体、不同年份，水平型FDI、垂直型FDI的相对强弱会存在差异，进而FTA的负向投资效应也会发生变化：同时，BIA对0FDI的影响并不显著。实证结果非常稳健．它不随实证模型、计量方法以及数据来源的变化而改变．
Based on the knowledge-capital model of multinationals, the paper uses the panel data of 71 economies from 2003 to 2011 to empirically analyze the impact of Free Trade Agreement （FFA） and Bilateral Investment Agreement （BIA） on the OFDI of Chinese finns. The results show that the impact of PTA on OFDI is negative. Due to different economies and different years, the relative strength of horizontal FDI and vertical FDI will be different. Meanwhile, the impact of BIA on OFDI is insignificant. Our empirical results are very robust because they do not change due to different empirical models, estimation methods and sources of data.
