摘要
多糖是一类重要的活性物质,具有抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗凝血以及免疫调节等功能,具有广阔的应用前景。就多糖的提取纯化技术以及生物活性功能的研究进展及展望进行综述,以期为其开发应用提供参考依据。
Polysaccharide is an important substance, it has widely and promising foreground because of its biological activities, such as antiviral, antitumor, anticoagulant and strengthening immunity, etc. Extraction, purification and biological activities of polysaccharide have been reviewed and application prospects have been proposed, which will provide theoretical references and a basis for its future development and applications.
