摘要
为探索一种常压烧结制备莫来石晶须的工艺方法,采用化学纯原料结合常压烧结法合成莫来石晶须,借助XRD、EDS、SEM探讨了成型压力、烧结温度、保温时间和V2O5添加量对晶须合成质量的影响.结果表明:通过工艺参数调控可以合成莫来石晶须;当成型压力由10 MPa提高至25 MPa时,晶须长径比增加;当烧结温度为1 350℃、保温时间为2 h、V2O5的添加量为4%时,晶须的长径比最大;此外,莫来石晶须优先在试样表面和边缘处生成.
To explore a new method to synthesize the mullite whiskers, the chemical pure raw materials and the sintering at atmosphere were used, while the effects of process parameters, such as forming pressure, sintering temperature, holding time and addition amounts of V2 05, on the synthesis quality of whiskers were studied. The XRD and EDS analysis results showed that the mullite whiskers had been synthesized at optimized conditions. The aspect ratio and synthesis quality of whiskers increased as the forming pressure increased from 10 MPa to 25 MPa. The maximum aspect ratio of the mullite whiskers could be synthesized by adding 4% of V2O5 and sintered at 1 350 ℃ for 2 h. In addition, the mullite whiskers were prior to form at the sample surface or boundary.
