塔河油田缝洞型碳酸盐岩油藏漏失井堵水技术 被引量:26

摘要 塔河油田缝洞型碳酸盐岩油藏经过多年开发,高含水油井增多,堵水成为有效治理手段,但大多数油井因为严重漏失导致堵水无效。针对缝洞型油藏漏失井堵水技术难题,运用室内实验和现场评价的方法,研发了适合塔河油田高温高盐地层的高温凝胶预堵漏体系和具有油水选择性的可固化颗粒主体堵剂体系,并提出了多级分段堵水工艺和配套的堵后控压酸化工艺。该堵水工艺在T801(K)井应用后,取得了较好的堵水增油效果,对今后塔河油田缝洞型碳酸盐岩油藏堵水有一定的借鉴意义。 Since high water cut production wells increase with the development of fractured-vuggy carbonate reservoir in Tahe Oilfield,water plugging has become an effective measure of control.However,most of the wells failed because of serious leakage.For the treatment of absorption well in fractured- vuggy reservoir,laboratory experiment and field evaluation are combined to present the pre- plugging high temperature gel and oil- water selective curing particles plugging agent applicable to the high temperature and salt formations in Tahe Oilfield.Moreover,the multistage segmented water plugging process and supporting pressure- controlled acidification after plugging are provided.The field application in Well T801(K) shows that the process is effective in water plugging and oil increment.Therefore,it will guide the water plugging for fractured-vuggy carbonate reservoir in Tahe Oilfield.
