摘要
以模拟三氯化铁蚀刻废液为铁源,采用碳热还原法合成锂离子电池LiFePO4/C正极材料。利用XRD、SEM和电化学性能测试对制得材料的结构、微观形貌及电化学性能进行分析,考察烧结温度、烧结时间、锂源、碳源对材料电化学性能的影响。结果表明,以氢氧化锂为锂源,葡萄糖为碳源在650℃煅烧6h制得的材料有较好的电性能。
Cathode material LiFePO4/C was synthesized by carbothermic method with simulated FeCl3 etching waste as iron source.The structure,morphology and electrochemical performance were investigated by XRD,SEM and charge and discharge tests.The effects of synthesis temperature,time,lithium source and carbon source on electrochemical performances of LiFePO4/C were discussed.The results show that the product prepared at 650 ℃ for 6 h by carbothermic method with LiOH · H2O as lithium source and glucose as carbon source exhibits good electrochemical performance.
