摘要
做好新生入校初期的教育和管理工作,引导学生尽快融入大学生活,对建立良好的班风,促进学生的健康成长具有十分重要的意义,文章分析了高职新生的思想状况,从做好新生适应性教育、理想信念教育、行为习惯引导、贫困生认定与关、心理教育、课余活动指导等角度,阐述了高职新生班主任工作的途径与方法。
Doing well the work of education and management early for freshmen and guiding students into university life as soon as possible played a very important role on set up a good class style and promote the healthy growth of students. The state of mind in higher vocational freshmen was studied, and the ways and methods for how to do well the work of head teachers for freshmen class, by earnest to do adaption education for freshmen, ideal and belief education, behavior guide, poor students determination and care, psychological education and extracurricular activities guidance was described.
